He was born in 1981 in Istanbul. He graduated from Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Architecture in 2003 and from Universidad Internacional de Catalunya (Barcelona - Spain) in 2005. Until 2010, he worked on design and application projects of various scales in different cities and offices such as Istanbul, Stuttgart (Germany) and Caracas (Venezuela). In 2014, he founded Buda Architecture with Eda Yazkurt Pelenk. In addition to the awards he won from national and international architectural project competitions, he was awarded the Turgut Cansever Architecture Achievement Award in 2016 and the National Architecture Award in 2020. Burak Pelenk, who is a jury member in national competitions; As an invited project coordinator, he worked in institutions such as Bilgi University, Özyeğin University, ITU and YTU.
